“As the New Year comes into effect and all those New Year’s resolutions become activated, take time to really think about your own personal needs.
“It is not all about doing what is expected of you, but to see what is actually right for you.
“For you to have happiness and contentment in your lives, so then you must first obtain peace of mind.
“That restless spirit must be calmed and so you can begin to see just what is really important to you and how your lives can become much better.
“We are eager to go at such a pace that ‘burn out’ to many becomes possible.
“We never seem to be content with what we have, always striving for more and more.
“It is never the amount you have that brings you lasting happiness, but the knowing that what you have is already enough and that there really is no need for more.
“Peace of mind comes from within, knowing you are healthy and have love around you.
“Most of us take what we have for granted and it is only when it is no more that the value of what we had becomes realised.
“No one and I do mean no one, must take anything for granted.
“They must see that all they have is ‘God’ given and must be allowed in their minds to appreciate that fact.
“So if you finally achieve that peace of mind and you are really content with what you have, then your life becomes very special indeed and you are in a place that is sought after by so many.
“All your needs are always provided for provided you all go about life in the right way, never expecting too much, but knowing what you have will sustain you.
“Love from the Heavens is all around you and if you feel devoid of love in your life, then you just need to meditate and love is always brought in.
“It is a special divine love that is greater than earthly love and will sustain your needs.
“So begin to think now carefully in this New Year and see that all your needs are in fact met.
“Be grateful for all you already have. Take nothing for granted and say a special thank you to yourself for being you.
“Peace does come over time. It actually has to be learnt and recognised.
“It is special and if you are wise, then it will remain with you for all time.”
