Let Go of the Pain and Become Balanced Again 10 October 2010

 “To comfort others is always a good thing.  It shows compassion from one to another and a change in the recipient is always lasting and secure.

“What must be guarded against is that, although compassion is a good thing, one can never take it for granted that it will always be there.

“The individual must then grow from the experience and further take it upon themselves to act on the necessary advice, which is shown and given.

Nothing in life has a quick fix syndromeAll must be worked on, so that lasting comfort and change can come out of the discomfort and the pain.

“To wallow in self misery is not healthy and often it becomes destructive to that individual, so there has to be a drastic change in that person’s mindset and then a new way is found.

“To keep on harping about the past with all its anxieties and pain is fruitless in the harmony of ones life.

“So the quicker we all acknowledge it and learn to let go of that painful past, then the present and future becomes even brighter and personal relief is maintained.

“Look now for your future and if you have taken on the advice given with the compassion that was also meant, new life is restored and a balanced becomes the norm.
